1924 Queensland Rugby League Jersey, maroon wool with embroidered Kangaroo, 'Q' & '1924' on left breast, and number '12' on reverse. Some staining on collar, though good condition for a jersey from this period. Believed to be ex Arthur Henderson (Qld 1923-29) 23 games - 7t (21 pts). (Australia 1929-30). Veteran Qld forward from the Booval Swifts Club was chosen to tour with the 1929-30 Kangaroos. Henderson had appeared in every interstate series since 1923 and deserved his chance after playing against England in 1928. On tour he played in just seven minor matches.
