An early 20th century Chinese silver lidded preserve pot on stand, circular section, mildly domed lid with plain knop finial, fine hand beaten decoration in the 'fish-scale' pattern, the pot with clear glass liner raised on three compressed spherical feet sitting upon a conforming stand with mildly tapered rim. Embossed marks including 'NK', possibly indicating Nanking. Diameter 12.5 cm
