A Chinese covered Kamcheng, possibly Qing, with four small handles and a lion finial to lid, delicately painted in the fencai manner in pale pink, sage green and muted turquoise with scenes of maidens in a garden beneath a flowering prunus, the lid of similar design, partial iron red seal underside.
