An unusual inlaid stone plaque by Suiko Naito, Meiji period decorated in ivory, bone and mother of pearl with Urashima Taro seated cross legged holding out his hand towards an approaching turtle and young, his fishing line and basket of nets to one side and a vase on the other, all inlaid on the blue-green stone with finely carved and incised details, signed in mother of pearl Suiko (Mizue) and the seal Naito, framed 58 x 89 cm
