A large soapstone mountain, Qing Dynasty, 19th century intricately carved to one side with an old man receiving a warrior kneeling before him, surrounded by his attendants bearing banners and weapons, in a continuous rocky landscape with pine and other trees and plants, and with narrow steps leading to fortified walls around the upper peaks among swirling clouds, the other side carved with two further figures approaching, wood stand (2), 36.5 cm.
