A Victorian silver three piece tea and coffee service, ECB London 1876 tapering shaped-oval outline, undulating rims and shaped-dome covers, engraved with foliate and scrolled decoration, tea and coffee pots with ivory insulators and gilt interiors, each piece engraved to one side 'Dibrugarh Races/1877-78/PRESENTED BY/J.Berry White Esqr/AND/Cunningham Hudson Esqu' and to the reverse 'Joksi Plate/WON BY', with registration numbers to the base '5957, 6955 & 6953', height of coffee pot 28 cm, teapot 20 cm, weight 72.7oz, weight 2064gms
