An Art Deco ruby and diamond ring, 1920s, the cushion-shaped ruby, weighing 1.91 carats, set between stepped baguette-cut diamond shoulders, ruby is likely to be of early 19th century cut, diamonds approximately 0.80 carat total, mounted in platinum, ring size O. Accompanied by a report from the Gem Studies Laboratory (GSL), Australia, stating that the ruby is of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heat treatment.
