Rare Daw pattern five shot percussion revolver of .38 calibre. Circa 1860. No Daw name appears on the weapon, only the patent number. No serial number. Retailed by Alexander Henry of Edinburgh and cased accordingly. 50% original finish on revolver. Finely engraved on frame, trigger guard, and cap box in grip. Revolver in very good condition. Contained in original mahogany case with bullet mould, powder flask, screwdriver, oil bottle. Copy of trade label on lid.
