A silver gilt flatware service in the historicist manner, by Negesheimer of Hanau, Germany, imported into England and hammered for Berthold Muller, Chester 1904 the pieces with spiral twist stems terminating in openwork finials of caryatid figures supporting a coronet, the table knives with steel blades and some fish forks not having import marks, comprising twelve each of table spoons, table knives, table forks, dessert spoons, fish knives, fish forks, tea spoons and a pair of fish servers, all in a fitted leather case (86 pieces), 3500gms excluding table knives.
