A William IV flame mahogany cutlery canteen, rectangular form, recessed brass plaque to the lid, brass recessed escutcheon to the front, brass military style recessed handles to each side, the hinged lid enclosing baize lined interior with two removable cutlery trays, original key. The brass lid plaque engraved 'R. & E. Bleakley 1834'. 40.5 cm x 28.2 cm x 23 cm, good colour and patina.
