Address from the Municipal Association to the Right Honourable the Earl of Kintore, Governor and Committee, illuminated and bound in blue morocco elaborately embossed to front and rear. The dedication embossed in gilt on a red shield, the interior with embossed border and decorated with rondels in watercolour showing various views of South Australia. The dedication surmounted to the left with a coat of arms. It is signed by the mayors and lists the municipal members. The work signed Joyner lower right. Excellent condition. 41 x 31 cm
