The fragments, meeting at the centre, constitute a very substantial part of a wooden plaque that is carved in relief with the bust of a male figure in profile, and bears the legend, also in relief 'XI Per(?)Itios/ Potliomus II/ Magist/ Ratus/ Magnus/ Que/ Bonus/ Aegyptii'.
