Dame Margot Fonteyn's Ballet Shoes, pair of pink satin ballet shoes, by Freed of London, with soles stamped with manufacturer's details and size 4. Right shoe inscribed in red 'Fonteyn'; and initialled in black ballpoint pen, probably by Fonteyn, N.G. & S.B. to denote the ballet Sleeping Beauty and also initialled in black pen, probably by Fonteyn, L or R to denote left or right foot.
