A most interesting and Historically important selection of illustrated Autographs reputedly from the Diaries of lady Shaftsbury. The volume containing the autographs is illustrated through out with delightful watercolours of various scenes. It covers a ranges of Estates and functions attended by Politicians and Aristocrates. There is also a supplementry Ledgend volume which covers each page of the autograph volume detailing the actual signatures, including Winston Churchill. There is also a third volume titled 'The Diaries of lady Shaftsbury' which appears to written in an earlian Australian school excerise book and covers and number of WOrld events and topics, many handwritten notes together with cut outs from various publications
