A Chinese marble and rosewood scholar's desk screen, Republic, the hardwood-framed rectangular marble slab with contrasting shades of dark grey and beige suggesting a mountainous landscape painting, removable from the wooden stand with openwork 'Kui dragon' spandrels on the side posts, an decorated apron set between two flaring feet. 54.5 cm high (assembled).
