A large flambe vase, Fanghu, incised six-character Guangxu mark to the base, Republic, the four sided pear-shaped body with mandorla-shaped panels and lug handles, in purplish red glaze with peacock blue streaks at sides and neck, thinning to reveal a firing-white tone at the mouth. 28.5 cm high
