A natural pearl and diamond brooch, sculpted as a 'Griffin', the outstretched, blackened wings set with circular-cut diamonds, the body, mounted with a central blister pearl and diamond cluster, with applied gold bead and wirework decoration, the tail accented by a series of graduated diamond collets, suspending a baroque-shaped natural pearl drop measuring approximately 16.57 x 14.90 x 11.56 mm mounted in yellow gold, blister pearl untested, diamonds approximately 3.00 carats total, length 7.5 cm. mpanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) stating that the baroque-shaped pearl is natural. Report number 16255488, dated 22 August 2007.
