An Australian 'Cameo' emu egg by Jonaski Takuma, Sydney, circa 1900, depicting a yacht sailing through Sydney heads before a sunset, surrounded by a bat, a possum, an emu, two swans, a platypus, a kangaroo, a koala and a kookaburra, on a silver plate stand; and 5 emu egg cameos depicting Australian animals. Notes: Jonaski Takuma was a Japanese egg carver working in the Strand Arcade, 1885-1910
