Pair of Chinese Guangxu mark and period birthday pattern plates, decorated with four gilded roundels with characters reading 'Long life without end' surrounding a stylised central shou (longlife) character among clouds, allon a bright Imperial yellow ground.the reverse bearing a six character iron red Guangxu (1875-1908) reign mark, and of the period.
