An ornately carved hardwood armchair, 19th/20th century, the rectangular openwork back carved and pierced with a monkey riding an elephant, and tree shrews in fruiting vine, surmounted by two dragons and flaming pearl, the frame and arms in the form of dragons emerging from clouds, their heads forming the terminals, the rectangular seat with elaborately pierced apron supported on short legs 63 cm wide, 110 cm high
