A mid 19th century Louis XV style scarlet tortoiseshell and gilt metal mounted bracket clock and bracket, with a count wheel strike anchor escapement on one bell, the dial with enamelled Roman numeral lozenges and Arabic seconds, on an embossed brass ground within a waisted case applied with leaf cast gilt metal mounts, the separate bracket with conforming decoration, the clock; 82 cm high, the bracket; 32 cm high.
