A George II Chinoiserie lacquered secretaire bookcase, the dual arched pediment above bevelled mirror panelled doors cut with starburst motifs, opening to an interior fitted with multiple storage compartments, drawers and a central cupboard, the lower section with a drop-front writing surface enclosing further compartments and two half length and two full length drawers, raised on bun feet, 104 x 207 x 60 cm.
