An early 19th century Italian polychrome bureau, the arched pediment with figural carved wooden finials to each corner, above two glazed panelled doors and a drop front writing surface enclosing drawers and compartments, the serpentine lower section with four full length drawers with loop handles, raised on shell carved feet, the whole painted with hunting scenes on a red ground with gilt highlights, 124 x 260 x 55 cm.
