A French Empire gilt bronze figural mantel clock, with a silk suspension count wheel strike movement on one bell, the engine turned silvered Roman numeral dial within a naturalistically cast surround surmounted by a silvered and gilt bronze figure of a mounted horse rider, the body cast with shell and scroll motifs, 46 cm high.
