An important Louis XV period kingwood gilt bronze mounted commode by Francois Fleury, circa 1740, the shaped rouge marble top above a bombe body with two short and two full length drawers, each with finely foliate cast handles and escutcheons, the whole with parquetry inlay raised on tapering block supports with sabots, stamped F.
