A Victorian period mahogany secretaire of a type rarely seen with panels of flame mahogany, the secretaire stands on a two doored cupboard and has a mirrored and panelled fall front which opens onto a complex interior with stationery racks and a leather inset writing slope, the glazed cupboard upper section is surmounted by a cornice of unusual design.
