A rare Carders Ponsonby bisque fired pottery garden large vase, on stands, the urn lower body lobed and with four dogs heads masks, egg and dart moulded decoration to the lip, the urn supported on a pedestal base on a square sectioned plinth, each panel moulded ribbon and wreath decorated, impressed Carder Ponsonby mark to the upper plinth, partly obscured beneath the urn's square plinth. remnants of original white paint to resemble marble. Note; some faults. Height 124 cm. vase diameter 55.5 cm
