A George III sterling silver covered tankard, Thomas Wallis I, London, 1777/8, of swelling form with an astragal to the waist above the moulded spreading foot, with a spout and scrolling handle, the domed and moulded cover with an open thumb-piece, the interior gilt. Height 19 cm. Weight 745gr.
