A Georgian-style sterling silver tankard, maker's mark B(?), Birmingham, possibly 18th century (all marks rubbed), of swelling form with a scrolling handle on the spreading foot, the body repousse-decorated with flowering foliage and C-scrolls, the foot foliate, the interior gilt. Height 12.5 cm. Weight 377gr.
