A large and impressive carved Chinese ivory puzzle ball on stand, the pierced and carved ball with dragon, cloud and scroll detail of approx. 18 graduated balls on a tall stand, the male bearded with staff at the base supporting a scroll section below a further puzzle ball below lions with pierced balls and other pierced and carved section, spaced by turned columns, all on pierced and carved dragon base, housed in original wood box with pleated and patterned silk covering and lining.
