An English brass winged lantern clock signed Christopher Gould, Londini Fecit, circa 1710 striking, with a verge escapement, the Roman numeral bezel centred by a signed and engraved chapter ring and an alarm disc, the body flanked by glazed winged doors with applied foliate pierced ornamentation, rising to a bell with straps and a vase finial, 23.5 cm high.
