An enamelled rectangular plaque of an old man carrying peaches, Republic period, the stout old man, wearing flowing robes, carrying two large peaches, a big hat on his back, a red bat flying afar, with seal, fitted to a stool. 25.2 cm x 38 cm. Provenance: private collection NSW, purchased during late 1950s or early 1960s in Hong Kong. Note: the plaque was fitted to the stool after the initial purchase
