An early 20th century sapphire and diamond bracelet, the front of the bracelet set with an oval-cut sapphire between a pair of circular-cut sapphires, with twin millegrain-set old brilliant-cut diamond collet spacers, on a brick-link bracelet, the reverse engraved with fifteen christian names including, Eugenie, Lajos, Gina, Leona, Ondor, Vera, Gyula, Eugene, Huberta, Erzsebet, Tsurzsanna, Victor, Lorincz, Istvan, and Autue, Austro-hungarian (Prague) import mark for gold, sapphires approximately 7.50 carats total, diamonds approximately 0.80 carat total, length 17.5 cm, the present lot is believed to have been formerly the property of the noble, Hungarian Orczy family. It was acquired by the vendor from the family in the 1940s
