An early 20th century sapphire and diamond ring, by Tiffany & Co. Circa 1910, the central sugarloaf cabochon sapphire of approximately 2.94 carats, set between a pair of old brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.35 carats total, signed Tiffany & Co. Ring size I1/2. Accompanied by a certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (Gia) stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indications of heat treatment.
