A blue and white vase, Qing Dynasty 18th century the globular body surmounted by a tall slightly waisted neck, the sides painted with a continuous composite floral scroll of open blooms among scrolling foliage in a broad band above a border of pencilled lotus petals, the shoulders with a further floral scroll below upright stiff leaves rising to a ruyi head and scroll border encircling the mouth, the base unglazed revealing the whitish ware, box 33.
