A blue and white bowl, Qing Dynasty Kangxi period with deeply rounded sides and flared rim, boldly painted on the exterior with alternating upright and pendant sprays of lotus below a ruyi-head blue ground border around the rim, the interior with a central lotus medallion within ribboned emblem and florette motif border encirling the rim, the base with ding mark 19.
