A Chinese export silver tea service, Luen Wo, Shanghai, late 19th/early 20th century, a tea pot with hinged cover, a double-handled sugar basin, and a milk jug, each piece of faceted bombe form, the handles and finial modelled as curving bamboo, the exterior of each piece finely cast and chased with figures and birds amidst and between trees and other vegetation, marks to the undersides. Height 16 cm. (pot) total weight 1,135gr.
