A Royal Worcester figure of a classical maiden, 'Joy', date mark for 1925, modelled standing on a circular base, her arms across her nude upper half, one hand clasping a dove to her chest, her lower half wrapped in drapery, her skin and hair ivory coloured, the drapery gilt, impressed and printed factory marks underside including the printed number 2/57. Height 24.5 cm.
