A set of four Spode 'Maritime England' painted porcelain plates, modern, each circular with a slightly-serpentine edge and a cobalt-glazed border with naval-themed gilt decoration, each centre painted with a historic naval scene, printed title and description of the scene to the reverse together with the factory mark and the individual number of the plate (within an edition of 2000), in original presentation boxes. Diameter 23.5 cm.
