A good early Victorian figured mahogany sideboard, mid-19th century, the inverted break-front top with a shaped back with a small shelf above two drawers to the centre flanked by pedestals, each with a frieze drawer above a cabinet door with an applied arched panel and carved foliate details, the right-hand door enclosing a cellarette drawer, on a plinth base, the back richly carved in high relief with foliate scrolls with fish and grape bunches flanking a central basket feel with fruit, its shelf supported on carved fantastic fish.
