A 19th century Meissen-style Dresden lidded urn of inverse baluster shape, heavily encrusted with naturalistically modelled flowers decorated in polychrome enamels on a ground of modelled prunus blossom, the lid similarly decorated and surmounted by a bird finial, raised on a plinth base enriched with gilding and moulded with mask feet and floral swags. Blue crossed sword mark under the base. Old restoration and losses. Height 58 cm
