Good silver tea & coffee service by J M Wendt, each surmounted by a crested cockatoo, leading to a tapered body and scroll loop handles, the bodies richly decorated with swags of ribbon tied fern leaves, centered by a stylised boar on furled rep, all resting on a stepped circular foot, the teapot with inscription: 'Presented to/ Vinrace/ Lawrence Esq Jp/ by the children of the late H H Haussen/ as a token of their esteem/ and appreciation of his care and ability/ as Honorary Trustee/ under their fathers will/ February 1892.
