Silver mounted and carved emu egg mantle piece by Henry Steiner, surmounted by an emu leading to a stained egg with an inset carved cameo of a crested cockatoo on a branch and an emu, resting on a canopy of fern leaves and a naturally modelled as a trunk with rockwork base, resting on an ebonised plinth with glass dome.
