An impressive credenza, removed from the home of the Governor General at Yarralumla, Canberra c1930s. Made of Queensland maple, it is in stunning condition. Three drawers below top with two lower sections with shelf for support. Stamped behind one leg is an upward pointing arrow surmounted by a Crown and the number 990. An important piece of Australian-made furniture and imposing at 84 x 200 x 31 cm.
