1930 1st British Empire Games in Hamilton, Participation medal 'British Empire Games Hamilton/Canada/1930', bronze and enamel, oval shaped, 39 x 50 mm. Very attractive and scarce. Ex Harry Brittain Fry, a Canadian rower who won bronze in 1930, and also rowed in the 1932 and 1936 Olympics, winning bronze in 1932. Together with certificate awarded to Fry in 1980.
