A mahogany wine table commemorating the wreck of the U.S.S.Co. - S.S. Wairarapa on great Barrier Island, 28 Oct.1894, the circular top engraved with the ship's name, 'Fouled Anchors' and the date of the wreck. Raised on an associated base of three turned spindles issuing from a lower tier, on three splay feet. Diameter 43.5 cm. Height 74 cm
