A Dutch 833 silver novelty money box, Amsterdam, unidentified maker's make, late 19th/early 20th century (uncertain date mark), with 'Key' export mark, modelled in the form of an eighteenth century fall-front bureau cabinet, the front and sides decorated in low relief with vignettes of figures in landscapes, a coin slot to the top, the collecting box removable from the back. Height 7.5 cm. Weight 85gr.
