A 19th century French gilt brass Achille Brocot bracket clock, the front with a circular porcelain dial and shaped panels, hand painted in blue Arabic numerals, the face flanked by neoclassical caryatids, turned finials, various other restrained decoration, four fancy scrolling feet, the circular movement marked A Star B for Achille Brocot, striking on a gong.
