Ruby set vanity case, Boucheron, circa 1940, the rectangular box decorated to the front with pierced and engraved birds of paradise amidst flowers highlighted with twelve collet set rubies, the rectangular reeded case with two lidded compartments, a comb and two lipstick cases, the reeded interior lid opening to reveal two mirrors, the clasp set with a manual clock, mounted in sterling silver and gold, interior signed Boucheron Paris, serial number Bt-875012, approximately 130 x 110 mm.
