Description:
Extremley rare 17th/18th century greenstone mere, with no ridges in the butt. This was typical of 16th/17th century Pre European meres. Ridge butts were really a decoration that came in the 1700's onwards). Nice dark green colour with waves of lighter green. Length 29 cm
